We accept return requests within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Products returned without meeting the above conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
Customized or personalized products.
Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or defective).
Products returned without original packaging or tags.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If your refund request is approved:
The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return process outlined above.
